Peter Miliczky
Peter Miliczky started studying Suzuki violin at age six in Yakima, WA. While working towards an engineering degree at the University of Washington he continued studying violin with Ronald Patterson, and quickly realized he wanted to pursue music as a career, and transferred to Central Washington University where he completed the bachelor of music degree with Carrie Rehkopf. Peter continued his studies with David Perry at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where he completed the master of music degree in 2015. He has participated in numerous music festivals including the National Repertory Orchestra, Marrowstone Summer Music Festival, and Karios Lyceum Summer Chamber Festival. Peter is associate concertmaster of the Dubuque Symphony Orchestra, and holds section positions with Madison Symphony Orchestra, Quad City Symphony Orchestra, and Portland Opera Orchestra. He maintains a private violin studio in the Madison area.
